Who qualifies for these workers’ compensation purchasing groups?

To qualify, a business must be a member of the Texas Construction Association or one of TCA’s member organizations (dues may vary). There are two Texas Construction purchasing groups. In general, the TCA group is for subcontractors, and TCS is for wholesale and retail suppliers.
